Teachers Guide

Dear Teachers,

We’re excited to share that we’ll be using MyLilyPadApp as our main platform for parent communication!
Please take a few minutes to complete the steps below so we can stay connected and keep our parents informed!
You should receive an email with a link to set your password for your account. If you do not receive an email, please contact your administrator.

1. Download the MyLilyPadApp Mobile App! (There are QR codes below)
2. Register for Push Notifications. (Instructions included)

How to Register for Push Notifications:

1. Open the app
2. Login
3. Click Push Notifications from the menu on the left side.
4. Click Register for Push Notifications
5. Select which notifications you want to receive

Direct Messages

You can use direct messages with parents or other staff!

1. When you have a new message, you can click
2. View Conversation right from your Dashboard.
3. OR – Click the 3 lines on the top right corner.
4. Select the Direct Messages tab.

Direct Messages work just like a text. You’ll see a conversation thread when you click View Conversation.
-You can send as many photos as you want!
-Video upload option coming very soon!

Don’t see a parents name? Contact your Administrator. You will only see parents that are assigned to the children on your roster.

Child Roster

1. Click the 3 lines in the right corner
2. Click Child Roster

Don’t see a child’s name? Contact your Administrator. You will only see children that are assigned to you.

Daily Sheets

1. Click the 3 lines in the right corner
2. Click Daily Sheets

• Rest times
• Meal/Snack time
• Diaper changes
• Bathroom breaks

Individual Daily Sheets

• Notes on learning
• Items needed
