Dear Parents,
We’re excited to share that your childcare center or school be using MyLilyPadApp as the
main platform for parent communication!
Please take a few minutes to complete the steps below so you can stay connected and be
informed every step of the way!
You should receive an email with a link to set your password for your Parent Portal. If you
do not receive an email, please contact your childcare center or school.
- Download the MyLilyPadApp Mobile App! (There are QR codes below)
- Once you are logged in, Register for Push Notifications.
- Register for text messages.

How to Register for Emergency Alert Text
Messages:
- Login to your account
- Click Account & Billing
- Scroll down to Registered SMS
- Enter phone number
- Click Update SMS Number

How to Register for Push Notifications:
- Open the app
- Login
- Click Push Notifcations from the menu on the left side.
- Click Register for Push Notifications
- Select which notifications you want to receive

To view your child’s Daily Sheets:
- Click the 3 lines in the right corner
- Click Daily Sheets
OR - Click Daily Sheet on your
dashboard


How to view, edit, or add medication:
- Go to “Child Info”
- Click on your child
- Click Medications
- Enter in the details & sign
- Add a doctors note if needed


To apply for an additional child to attend your childcare center or school.
- Click “Add Application”
*if you do not see this option, your center likely does not offer a digital application through
MyLilyPadApp. Feel free to ask your provider or shoot us an email!

How to view, edit, or add payment methods:
- Go to Account & Billing
- Scroll down to Saved Payment Methods and click Add Payment Method
