Parent Guide

Dear Parents,

We’re excited to share that your childcare center or school be using MyLilyPadApp as the
main platform for parent communication!
Please take a few minutes to complete the steps below so you can stay connected and be
informed every step of the way!
You should receive an email with a link to set your password for your Parent Portal. If you
do not receive an email, please contact your childcare center or school.

  1. Download the MyLilyPadApp Mobile App! (There are QR codes below)
  2. Once you are logged in, Register for Push Notifications.
  3. Register for text messages.

How to Register for Emergency Alert Text
Messages:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click Account & Billing
  3. Scroll down to Registered SMS
  4. Enter phone number
  5. Click Update SMS Number

How to Register for Push Notifications:

  1. Open the app
  2. Login
  3. Click Push Notifcations from the menu on the left side.
  4. Click Register for Push Notifications
  5. Select which notifications you want to receive

To view your child’s Daily Sheets:

  1. Click the 3 lines in the right corner
  2. Click Daily Sheets
    OR
  3. Click Daily Sheet on your
    dashboard

How to view, edit, or add medication:

  1. Go to “Child Info”
  2. Click on your child
  3. Click Medications
  4. Enter in the details & sign
  5. Add a doctors note if needed

To apply for an additional child to attend your childcare center or school.

  1. Click “Add Application”

*if you do not see this option, your center likely does not offer a digital application through
MyLilyPadApp. Feel free to ask your provider or shoot us an email!


How to view, edit, or add payment methods:

  1. Go to Account & Billing
  2. Scroll down to Saved Payment Methods and click Add Payment Method
