Get started Checklist

  • Obtain a list of parents & children information – put data in the LilyPad spreadsheet provided to you for import.
  • Complete provider set up in the Provider Setup tab.
  • Complete billing options in the Parent Billing Setup tab – input ALL default billing options.
  • Input staff information in the Manage Staff tab.
  • Give staff login information to staff members.
  • Create Rooms in the Manage Rooms tab.
  • Assign teachers and children to rooms in the Manage Rooms Tab
  • Speak with Jon from Celero (if you plan to run credit cards/ACH transactions) He should call you but if you don’t hear from him within 48 hours, reach out to him.

  • Tell parents to download the LilyPad app and activate notifications.
